We offer American Cuisine with a serious BBQ program provided by award winning Executive Chef James Fox. We are under the ownership of well-known Chef/Restaurateur Matt Carter, of Zinc Bistro, Mission and House Brasserie, Food Blogger Rick Phillips and BBQ Master Kevin Slade.
Our atmosphere is rustic and relaxed and we serve fun menu items like our housemade apple pie moonshine and double-slider bloody mary’s. We are looking to hire *experienced* bussers, food runners, servers, bartenders and cooks to continue to make Bootleggers one of the best places to be in the valley!
